Here was I bemoaning the lack of strong possible couples in the Rayman fandom, while completely ignoring the possible gay couples that could be created XD *slaps forehead* DUH

This is possibly the greatest review of my 2nd year film 'Hear Me Colour' EVER....EVER EVER EVER O0O
www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLrq4A… - the film in question (it might help if you watch it and you'll understand the review better)
Note: The reviewer is mislead into believeing that the green boy in the film (Eric) is a girl, hence why he reffers to a green GIRL in the review
Note 2 I have edited out any serious cuss words
Now, far be it from me to judge this animation, as I was raised to be tolerant of all of God's creatures, even the french. This is all part and parcel of being American, or as I like to think of it, 'Failed British Experiment #1'. So when I get ahold of an animation produced from the Motherland, a place which by all rights has no use of animation (otherwise they'd have it by now!) I just have to sit up and take notice!
So, I open up this little beaut and study the intent of our resident animator, Raygirl. What do I find? TERRORISM.
Starting from the beginning, we have a typical British city - easy to tell because it's all grey as any proper brit would have it. Grey was in fact invented by the british during the industrial revolution, where giant smokestacks eventually covered the entire island with soot. Grey is in fact the national color of Britian, much like the national drink is Earl Grey Tea. (Coincidence? I think not!) This is because grey is the color of progress and fitting for a nation that produced such wonders as the London Underground and the Titanic. But I get ahead of myself.
So here in Greytopia the populace is marching along in grim efficiency, making good time to their shifts at the box factory or whatever, when suddenly a young upstart jumps up with a bullhorn and starts barking out anti-grey propaganda! She even has the audacity to be covered head to toe in green, an outlawed color in Britian ever since the days of Robin Hood made it popular to rob people in. Before she can be arrested, however, it's clear that she was only there to serve a distraction away from her accomplace, the PURPLE CHICK.
Yes, the purple chick strutting down the street at that same moment. Her plan all along was to contaminate the innocent bystanders on the street with deadly cellphone radiation, emitting from her phone so intensely it has burst back into the visible spectrum. The poor fools are hit by this beam full force and jauntly walk off, unaware that they are probably now sterile. Poor sods.
Suddenly, the green girl decided to reenact 9/11, only with a payload of color instead of islamic bull***t and screaming innocent passengers. Nonetheless the first jet hits the man full force in the head, probably giving him brain damage in the process, judging by the smile on his face. IT IS NOT A SANE SMILE.
But the purple chick has not been idle, o no. She's been vandalizing the sidewalk with chalk, filling in a perfectly good grey surface area with ideas, or worse (shudder) FEELINGS. A couple of onlookers manage to catch sight of her eldtrich scribblings and are then infected by them. Already, their thoughts are off of box making and now are looking forward to the weekend. This is a subtle blow to the overall British economy, which has relied on exporting boxes for decades. Way to go, you f***ing purple harlot of communism.
The animation devolves from there. Green girl casually readies some sort of 'dirty bomb' and hurls it into the Thames, which detonates into an orgy of infectious color. Yes, these two terrorists have stooped to attacking the water supply, although in fairness the Thames hasn't been drinkable since Shakespere's time... but the thought was there.
Purple chick then uses witchcraft to make a tin can phone function without benefit of a string, which I find most unnatural. She then seduces another poor soul with promises of bittersweet dreams and broken tomorrows. The man must of remembered his alligence to all things both British and boxy, because he puts up a brief heroic resistance to her wicked spell, but in the end turns into some kind of purple mayan or something. Probably another love toy to add to Purple Chick's harem.
To top it all off, both eco-terrorists stoop to littering post-it notes with little hearts on them, a double crime because post-it notes are expenisve.
In the end, the color plauge takes over the entire city, enveloping the box factory workers and turning them possibly into gaylords. The lost souls giggle and laugh and wave about like retards on 'Romper Room'. The two girls watch all this from a rooftop afar all with a smile, seeing their dark work beginning to take fruit. There will be no boxes made in this town today.
But as the credits roll and the music begins to slow down - what's this? It appears boxes ARE being made in the district across the river - we can't have THAT now, can we Green and Purple? Oh no. So we are left with a chilling exchange of looks that promise a downfall of the Empire one way or another.
In conclusion this is all very horrible and young children should probably not see it, lest they be tempted to give up a comfortible life of meaningless wage-slavedom for becoming an animator or artist or such rot. Raygirl is a horrible person and she should not be let alone with any sort of substance that could be smeared on another substance in order to form designs, pictures, words, or worse.
On top of it all, she managed to mispell the word 'color'. Someone form a line, and I'll write you all a check. We'll take the elevator down a floor and go get some fish & fries.
Yes, this is a comedy review written by Jack Acid, a very funny and intelligent american friend from Animated Diversions forum. I haven't laughed so hard at a review in a long time, and I wanted to share this with all of you guys XD HE IS A DUDE GIVE HIM A CUDDLE AND A KNIGHTHOOD

Dedications
This journal is dedicated to - - I've only been watching this artist for a litle while but allready i can see her love for and talent in art. She understands the importance of simple yet effective character designs, wonderful shapes and lines of action that put even proffesional animators to shame, and on top of that she's really sweet and modest!

Rayman Pin Pre-order (ENDS TODAY!)
I've already posted about this in the @GladeOfDreams group but I'm aware not everyone who follows me is a member of that club, so this is my last ditch effort to get this project out to whoever I can. This project is SO CLOSE to being funded, but it needs a few more pre-orders to get our hands on this exciting fanmade pin. If you can afford to put the money down on this pin you could own a unique and exciting piece of Rayman merch and give more artists the confidence to create content for us. We all know Ubisoft is a little slow on the uptake there ;) PLEASE, PRE-ORDER THIS AMAZING BIG PIN MADE BY THE TALENTED @ItsCloctorArt Don't you want a cute pin of our fave limbless hero WITH POSABLE FISTS? If you are tempted then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ORDER IT TODAY. The pre-orders will be all done BY THE END OF TODAY (Monday 3rd), and if we don't reach the pre-order numbers no one gets this amazing pin ;0; I have already ordered 2 and I'm this close to ordering a 3rd just to guarantee

They still need good homes, and the money will still be sent directly to the Special Effect charity.

*loses it* This was hysterical! Reminds me a lot of Stephen Colbert's satire. I might have fallen for it, except I linked here from the video, and the link already explained it was in jest... Loved the video, too, by the way! Wonderful animation with a cool, yet simple message.
