History:
Vert is another member of the tribe with terrible memories. His family were wiped out by a gang who burnt his village to the ground. At 10 years old Vert was then picked up by a mining group who used him as cheep labour. He was taken under the wing of an older worker called Shol who cared for and taught him for much of his early life. After surviving there despite the hard work for 8 years Vert finally attempted an escape. He failed and was punished by having two large scars drawn over his eyes as a mark of his disobedience. Shortly afterwards Shol succumbed to his age and frailty and died. Vert managed to channel his grief by perfecting another escape plan, and this time it worked. Vert escaped onto the open sea in a small boat and the tide carried him to Spectrum Island. Having nowhere to go Vert decided to stay to meditate and train his strength, and was picked up by the Rainbow Tribe as their fourth member. Despite his early reluctance to be part of this strange group, Vert eventually agreed that being part of something was better than being completely alone.
Vert’s often cold and gruff nature makes him a hard character to get to know. He prefers to shut out any attempts at friendship for fear he might loose it like his family and Shol. However being part of the tribe has given him a purpose and he sticks to it. His gift makes him super strong, able to lift and throw objects many times his own size with ease. He controls this power in everyday life through meditation and intense training sessions. While he can appear cruel and distant he has shown a tender side towards Jaune, who seems to be completely unafraid of him. He looks upon Spike as an annoying little brother, perhaps with slight jealousy at his carefree nature, but also with warmth and patience.

Gah, this picture didn't come out how I imagined it, but I was never any good at this 'HULK SMASH' type images...plus Vert's face looks weird...ah i can't complain, it's ok, just not my favorite :D

The expression's actually not that bad. It actually looks more like suppressed anger coming out though rather than him just smashing something for no reason. XD

Well thanks to his meditation he can channel his powers much better...but that doesn't stop him being a very angry person the rest of the time :P

Doesn't surprise me that I like the pic, in Chinese zodiac, I'm a metal monkey(I've jokingly referred to myself as cyber-Kong to friends)
That and I've always been a bit of a monkey, I would climb just about anything(trees, haybales, etc) back on the farm

slow, stead, thick as a plank XD But also very good natured and placid. Helps that I'm a pisces cause I'm also floaty and daydreamy...and a little fishy

star signs are fun, and very revealing. My sign dictates that i get on well with scorpio, some of my best friends have been scorpios
